Winery
The winery is located in Cerè di Negrar, on the Cà Paletta hill on the eastern side of the Negrar valley with the vineyards facing west. The training system used in the old vineyards is the Pergola Veronese and Guyot in the newly planted ones. The wines produced have two distinguishing features: a natural predisposition for long ageing, with wines improving for as long as twenty years and more, and a surprising liveliness that the wines express for a long time after the bottles have been uncorked.
