Da una antica varietà tra le sette consentite dal disciplinare, un rarissimo (solo 3-4 produttori in tutta la regione lo producono in purezza) Petit Meslier, vero e proprio pallino di Aurélien. Si muove su nuance tropicali, mango e ananas, e un contrappunto freschissimo di mandarino cinese (kumquat) e pompelmo rosa. In aperitivo ma anche sul sushi. (dosaggio 2,5 gr./l.).
