The strong point of our panettone is, essentially, the sourdough. Refreshed four times a day every four hours, it guarantees softness, fragrance, perfume and shelf life of the final product, without the use of any type of preservative. The choice of high quality raw materials and the subsequent succession of numerous processing phases is clearly fundamental for the creation of an excellent product.
Ingredients: stone-ground common WHEAT flour, Normandy cow BUTTER, sugar, fresh EGG yolk, jumbo Chilean raisins macerated in aged rum, orange peel (orange, glucose syrup, brown sugar), lemon peel PGI Sorrento, natural yeast, acacia honey, salt, malt, vanilla pods from Madagascar. No Frosting.
