The "Montepirolo" is a harmonious blend of three grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, grown by organic methods, in 25 acres located in a single body on the hill called Montepirolo, near the cellar of San Patrignano. The "Montepirolo" is a great challenge for San Patrgnano, because having to confront with classic Bordeaux blend from three major international varieties planted in the land of Romagna, is not easy. The result however is a great wine, which can compete without shame with the most important wines of the world, showing great skills and potential of this terroir to express qualities of great value.
