Renata e Giovanni negli anni 90 ristrutturano l'azienda Cà Ed Balos una cascina circondata da vigniti a Castiglione Tinella posizionate nel cuore del Moscato d'Asti. Nel 2008 inizia la produzione del Moscato d'Asti, per poi ampliare la gamma dei vini negli anni successivi. Nel 2017 la svolta con un nuovo progetto, l'unione con l'azienda Dacapo. L'unione tra le due Aziende consentirà di offrire un’ampia gamma di vini delle Langhe e del Monferrato.
