Le Capanne - Rosato Primo 2018 Ml. 750
Winery Le Capanne
Characteristic
Our agricultural holding represents a perfect ecosystem composed of vineyards, olive groves, arable land and forests of ancient oaks set within more than 100 hectare of land
We are located in Val di Chio, a beautiful valley leading to Castiglion Fiorentino, a small city of Eruscan origins in the heart of Tuscany.
This family business, passed down through generations after generations, is now managed by Mr. Gabriele Mazzeschi. He has wisely combined his academic knowledge with his family's experience in order to achieve the best results in the production of wine, oil and cereals.
To ensure environmental sustainability, we use organic and biodynamic farming techniques, free of any parasiticidal treatment or chemical fertilisation.
The Vineyards
The vineyards of "Le Capanne Agricultural Holding" cover five hectares of land, yielding the following grape varieties:
Sangiovese, Syrah, Trebbiano, Malvasia, Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo
Our wines, cultivated on Terroir, come from highly absorbent grapevines which are treated with mine sulphur and copper water only.
A five-hectare spurred cordon vineyard and a form of low-yield vine-training system guarantees the high quality of the product.
Sangiovese, Syrah, Trebbiano and Malvasia are the grape varieties produced by Mr. Mazzeschi, and are enriched with a small part of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cannaiolo
