Pasqualino Di Vaira is a wine producer in Bolgheri, fist of all in the own familiar farm, later on with his wife Lisa and his son Dario, since the sixties when the wine produced was sold loose only.
After his son Dario’s degree in viticulture and oenology, who is the actually director of the farm, thanks to the success in the Bolgheri area in producing the highest quality wine, it was created wine makes from grapes of theirs own vineyards.
This wine is the result of a good knowledge and experience in wine production, of a new and modern cellar, but above all an endless passion working in the country.
Vineyards are located in the fields of the farm in the Bolgherese Street, in a special area which is different for natural elements (the ground, the temperature, rainfall, dampness etc) suitable to produce high quality wine; the vineyards stretch on four hectares planted from 1998, 5200 canopies for hectare cultivated in cordon trained way, which produce on average 1327,60 lb. for hectare.
