Winemarking Light destemming of the grapes 15 days alcoholic fermentation in steel vats, with frequent pumping over. The fermentation took place at temperature between 26 / 30 °C. The wine stays for 30 days with the skins, before being transferred into barrels. It spends about two years in wood before being bottled unfiltered during the days of a waning moon

Azienda nata alla fine del 1700, quando i nostri antenati costruirono personalmente, pietra su pietra, la struttura, edificando parte dell’attuale cantina e realizzando anche la preziosa porta in legno, dal cui intarsio, un gallo, abbiamo ricavato il logo dell’azienda: Galarin, da sempre il soprannome della nostra famiglia. Arrivando negli ottanta, con l'avvento in azienda di Giuseppe Carosso, apporta una piccola, ma fondamentale rivoluzione nella filosofia aziendale.
