Characteristic
The company is divided into two municipalities close to each other: Cecina Castagneto Carducci, in high Tuscany Maremma.
The owner, Michela Bianchi, will rely on their parents' precious, Pilade and Franca, and winemaker Laura Zuddas, belonging to the group matures and agronomist Francesco Merlini.
The company, which develops in the DOC Terratico area of Bibbona, is made up of about three thousand meters of vineyards since 2008 (until 2008 had 3 hectares of vineyard rent a hectare of olive grove) while the land is located in the area production of Bolgheri DOC, in La Cerretella, consists of approximately 1.7 hectares (expanding) planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot.
The goal is to create viable products, expression of the producer's personality: seriousness and youth, passion and values handed down from the parents.
The olive grove is located in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci and are producing about 1050 olive trees (Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino), spread over 2.7 hectares of land, from which you get an excellent extra virgin olive oil, with low degree of acidity.
