The company, which took its first steps in 2009, was born from the strong friendship between Nicola Lazzoni and Emilio Falcinelli, longtime friends and passionate drinkers.
Total production is around 7,000 bottles per year, the care of the product is absolutely artisanal and strongly linked to the characteristics of the area of origin, an area that also enjoys significant temperature changes resulting from the nearby Apuan Alps and the sea.
