Il brut di Antica Fratta si presenta come un Franciacorta elegante e fresco, vivace quanto pieno, con piacevoli aromi fruttati e floreali, ottenuti da uve chardonnay dopo una permanenza sui lieviti superiore al disciplinare di 24 mesi.
La resa per ettaro è di 100 q.li uva/ettaro.
E' un prodotto "sans année", non millesimato, perché ottenuto dall'assemblage di vini di annate diverse, il suo grado zuccherino è di un basso dosaggio di "Liqueur d'expedition" (circa 7 g/l).
