The wine is left to mature for a certain period in a tank before being bottled. Aging in bottle for 2 months before release.

Color Intense ruby red, with garnet reflections

Scent

presents a complex set of scents but elegant, of quince, red fruit in alcohol, dried fruit and hints of undergrowth. Light is always present in this wine as well herbaceous and peppery note.

Taste

In the mouth the sip is full, enveloping, elegant with velvety tannins that give structure and good persistence, thanks also to the inevitable minerality.
