No added sugar in disgorgement, to enhance the finesse and harmony of the Groppello and Erbamat grapes, vinified in rosé and white and aged for a long time on the refermentation yeasts. Absolute debut of Erbamat: three thousand owned vines, planted in Raffa in 2009.
