We are little wine craftsmen and in our Land, Badde Nigolosu, in Sennori's countryside, we cultivate vine in 33 hectares of land. We also cultivate wheat, vegetables, orchards and olive grove for personal use.
All processing are carried out manually by the family both in the Vineyard and in the Cellar. Our agriculture can be defined traditional, it means before the arrival of the "artificial chemistry "and before the "mechanization". All manufacturing move around nature's balance.
