L'azienda San Polo nasce nel 1990 grazie alla famiglia Allegrini, che ha deciso di portare anche in Toscana il progetto di agricoltura sostenibile. Siamo in località Podernovi, versante Sud del Comune di Montalcino, la vallata è quella eletta di Sant’Antimo (meravigliosa la veduta del monte Amiata), ad un altezza media di 450-500 Slm. per una superficie di 22 ettari.
