The Castello del Trebbio company was founded in 1968 in the heart of Rufine. The wines of Castello del Trebbio are the expression of two souls: the great tradition on the one hand, the new potential of the territory on the other. The DOCG Chianti Superiore and Lastricato Chianti Rufina, based on Sangiovese, are the best expression of the history of our territory and its main grape variety. To crown the more traditional production, Vin Santo - historic DOC of Chianti - is an excellent Brut Metodo Classico from Chardonnay and Trebbiano grapes. The company covers 350 hectares, divided between vineyards, extra virgin olive oil, saffron, spelled. It is the culmination of an internal supply chain of the company with a BioIntegral matrix also in the energy sector.
