The Pacher Hof Estate, dating back to 1142 and managed by the Huber family, is located in Novacella where, on an area of about 8 hectares, Andreas Huber cultivates excellent varieties of white vines which he vinifies in the owned cellar inside the farm. The vineyards are located in the best positions, the gravel soils rich in minerals and particular microclimates constitute the natural potential of the wines of the Estate. The peculiarities of this small area allow Andreas Huber to offer the market wines with great character, personality and long-lived over time. The basic philosophy is to preserve the characteristics of the various vines and the soil as much as possible "in the bottle" and for this reason Andreas is dedicating himself to converting the company to biodynamic cultivation.
