The Novacella Abbey has been producing wines in the Isarco Valley since 1142. Today with its 25 hectares and with the 50 hectares of members it produces excellent wines, which vary between white and red. Thanks to its centuries-old experience, combined with current technologies and the passion of the people who collaborate in the vineyard and in the cellar. Thanks to all this, the wines are rich in personality and character. The vineyards are located at an altitude, between 600 and 900 meters, thanks to the cool climate and the richness of minerals that make these soils optimal for the development of the aromas and flavor of the typical white wines of the Isarco Valley. The abbey of Novacelle in the South Tyrolean panorama, easily represents a wine reference point of the highest level.
