Allegrini
The Allegrini farm is located in Fumane di Valpolicella. Here, at the Corte Giara rural court, the family has carried out agricultural activities since the 16th century. Giovanni Allegrini, progenitor of the new generation, is considered, for his competence and humanity, an absolute protagonist of the wine history of this land. Amarone is the result of all the wisdom of the Allegrini family, a true classic of the denomination, a red that sums up tradition, territory and peasant wisdom. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta are left to wither at least until December, checking their health on a daily basis. After a long refinement, the red becomes the emblem of national enology together with Barolo and Brunello di Montalcino. The profile is of great depth and depth, both in the aromas of ripe fruit and spices, as well as on the palate, where alcohol finds the right travel companions in acidity and refined tannins. Gambero Rosso awarded the Gambero Rosso Tre Bicchieri 15 times between 1996 and 2009. Wine Spectatore placed it above 90 points 11 times
