This special cuvée is produced in limited quantities and is the result of very rigorous selection, making it a Gran Cuvée of absolutely outstanding quality. It is the first example of a Franciacorta produced by the very ancient technique of using small barrels in order to give full expression - interpreting them in a feminine style - to the Chardonnay grapes from the older vineyards with southerly exposure, lying high on the hillsides of the commune of Erbusco.
