These cookies-which are entirely handmade-come from Daniele Slitti's great passion for pastry and the company's connection to the Tuscan territory: from Vin Santo to Chestnut Flour to Coffee and Chocolate, it is the selection of ingredients, in fact, that is the real star of this product line. The version with Vin Santo del Chianti DOP, Raisins and Pine Nuts is the one with the strongest Tuscan soul: the Vin Santo gives these cookies an aroma intense and elegant that is complemented by raisins and pine nuts.
