Pasticceria Calciano Panvasotto "Pear And Chocolate" Gr. 250

Thanks to the technique of vaso-cooking, the aromas are preserved, the product remains moist and soft and keeps better and longer than a normal panettone, this means that it can de-season and that it can be managed better in shipments, being able to store it with more ease. Our panvasotto is good for a whole year, despite the absence of preservatives.

Ingredients: Stone-ground soft WHEAT flour, dairy BUTTER, pasteurized EGG yolk, Saint Louis cane sugar, fresh cream, natural yeast, acacia honey, Tahitian vanilla pods, orange and lemon essential oil, orange and lemon smoothies in paste, malt powder, salt, without preservatives or emulsifiers (to be added later in the various flavours).
