Method that is lost in the history of wine culture, as is known, has the strength and the privilege of enhancing the varietal characteristics of the grape. It has a limited production.

Tua Rita nasce nel 1984 grazie a Rita e Virgilio che decisero di acquistare quei terreni che doveva essere soltanto il luogo dove vivere a contatto con la natura. Ma la spinta irrefrenabile della passione per il vino cambiò decisamente le cose. L'azienda con il passare degli anni si è estesa, partendo da 2 ettari nel 1984 per arrivare ai 35 etatri nel 2018. Una crescita che incrociava l’originaria e intatta passione di Rita e Virgilio con la consapevolezza sempre maggiore delle potenzialità di quella terra, posta tra il mare Tirreno e le colline Metallifere, che si chiama Val di Cornia.
