Bolla - Valpolicella Superiore Capo Di Torbe 2004 Ml. 750
Winery Bolla
Characteristic
Bolla is the cradle of the soul, where the thoughts and philosophy of those who seek perfection in wine are made reality. But the cradle of the soul is also a place inside us that we can reach via a fragrance, an aroma, a sensation. A passion that goes back more than 125 years across four generations. This is the grandfather cellar, the heart of tradition, that has expanded over the years to contain 1,700 barriques and 35 900-litre casks in addition to the barrels of Slavonian oak that date back to 1883 when the estate was founded. The secret of the quality of Bolla's wines lies in its ideal territories in the Soave, Valpolicella and Bardolino DOCs, its distinctive agronomic characteristics and its technical consistency. Add to this the hundreds of farmers who have formed strong partnerships with the estate over the years and a cellar that lives by its skilled expertise and family history and you have a virtuous cycle perpetuated through the wine.
