The name derives from the cru Albiòn of Estate Villa Novare, owned by Bertani. This is hilly land, 250 meters above sea level. Facing southeast, it is poor, clayey, marl-calcareous, and positioned on a layer of rocks that allow the grapes to mature perfectly.

- After a period in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages for 18 months in barriques of French Allier wood, half new and half of which were previously used for one wine. The wine is then aged in the bottle for 6 months.

- At the nose very intense perception of a red berry fruit, accompanied by a note spicy like boxwood and prune, cocoa and vanilla.
