Le Pupille is the result of Elisabetta's great love for Syrah and Clara's strong desire to fulfill the dream of producing a great wine by personally dedicating herself to the various phases of the entire project. This wine expresses a dualism due to the presence of grapes from two different vineyards of origin, two different vinifications, as well as two different generations: mother and daughter who lead the company together.
