Barolo Rocche dei Rivera wine comes from the vineyard by the same name located in Castiglione Falletto, beneath the castle’s walls, facing south, at about 350 meters above sea level. The area planted with vines is 3,00 hectares and the annual production is about 9,000 bottles. The wine is aged in large-size French oak barrels for at least 36 months and left to rest in bottle for 2 years before release.
