This 100% Syrah is crafted from a careful selection of grapes that grow on the inner vineyard of Villa Passerini in Cortona. The wine fully reflects everything the name Passerini means in our area: prestige, elegance and nobility. Decisive and silky, this elegant and persistent cru promises great longevity and perspective. There’s no question that this wine will age well.
50% of the wine ages in Amphora for 12 months and then continues its aging in steel tanks, the other 50% begins and ends its of 24 month aging period in 500 liter French tonneau.
