Located on the sunny slopes of Neustift just above Brixen, the historic Pacherhof vineyard has been family property since 1142. Cellar master Andrea Huber cultivates eight varieties of white grape on the 8 hectares of vineyard in the Eisack Valley, presses them in the hotel’s own wine cellar and markets them himself. His dry wines are greatly appreciated for their gentle fruitiness and purity, and find a ready market in South Tyro
