La cantina nasce a Castelfranci, provincia di Avellino, sorge in una delle più belle zone per la produzione del Taurasi. La storia di Michele Perillo può essere una metafora di cosa è successo al Sud quando in Italia la cultura contadina era relegata nelle riserve indiane.
