Stiamo parlando di una delle più belle zone dove si produce vino in Toscana, siamo a Bolgheri è stiamo parlando dell'azienda Tringali-Casanova. L'Azienda sorge nel comune di Castagneto Carducci, dal 1698, anno in cui l’antico casale fu assegnato alla famiglia Tringali-Casanuova da Guido Alberto della Gherardesca con il nome di Casa al Piano, per i meriti acquisiti dalla famiglia a Castagneto Carducci. L'Azienda si stende per 5,5 ettari di vigneto, e 5 ettari di oliveto. Produce vini rossi potenti, ma allo stesso tempo eleganti e raffinati, grazie ai 1500 ulivi produce un olio extra vergine dalle caratteristiche tipiche toscane e un gusto
