Lancelot Pienne

Cramant is one of the most famous and renowned Grand Cru villages in Champagne. We are located on slightly hinted and sinuous hills with a magnificent exposure to the south, south-west sun. A place known in particular thanks to Mumm who here, first of all, decided to produce the first Blanc de Blancs mono-cru produced by a great maison with a gentler and more tenuous carbon dioxide content. A style that has set the standard precisely because it is possible, in this way, to bring out the truest connotation of the place, declining the Chardonnay grape. Gilles Lancelot, in the fourth generation of ownership, has learned the nuances of this village well: in fact, he has managed the family business since 1995, after completing his oenology studies in Reims. This is Cramant and these are Champagne that are unique in their softness, roundness and creaminess, needless to say.
