The Aldrovandi company extends for one hectare of sapling vineyard above the Via Bolgherese, in the Lippini area. In the vineyard we find only Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Only 3000 bottles of Aldrovandi Bolgheri Superiore, only in the great vintages. Federico Aldrovandi, former producer in the Bolognese Hills, in love with Bolgheri for over 20 years. In 2014 he finally manages to realize the dream of producing wines here by acquiring a hectare of vineyard. His company is currently the smallest company of all, but certainly the enthusiasm that animates Federico is enormous. His vision of the territory is clear: only the highest quality when it is possible to achieve it. Federico, in fact, from his vineyard produces exclusively in the best vintages only Bolgheri Superiore, the qualitative apogee of the local wines.
