Monte Rossa e una delle cantine storica della Franciacorta dove la tradizione contadina si è fusa armonicamente con l'evulozione enologica. Paolo Rabotti nel 1972 intraprese la strada della viticoltura con il supporto della moglie Paola. Nel 1992 il tutto è stato affidato a Emanule il loro figlio.
