Ermius, August in Etruscan, is for Panizzi a challenge within the challenge. Born in La Ventola vineyard, Ermius is made of a selection of the best grapes of a single clone of pinot noir, the 777 selected in Burgundy. Bewitching and complex, both on the nose, with typical varietal notes, intense wild strawberry, as well as on the palate, showing precision, sapid backbone, freshness and excellent persistence. First vintage release is 2019.

Taste: In the mouth, broad and intense, the sensation of volume is immediate. Sapid with a nice freshness that underlines the fruity notes anticipated on the nose. Soft tannins well integrated and defined, resulting in a great balance and aromatic persistence.
