Besides the Pinot Nero, the Merlot represents the most elegance and pleasure in a wine. Like our philosophy the Merlot should show kindness and femininity, keeping it’s structure and body, without seeming to masculine. We vinify the Merlot for many years now, leaving out 3 vintages to give this wine an individual touch. We restarted production with the 2003 vintage and a new label.
