Produced from a selected plot within the Selva Cru, the Turbiana grapes, that make up this rich and refined white wine, are harvested few days after the regular vintage to explore the full potential of the this wonderful vineyard. It rests for at least six months in the bottle before being ready for the market. Rich and delicate, golden saffron notes when younger become mineral and deep with evolution.
