Our Sauvignon grapes come from high located vineyards.
Cool and temperate climate is very suitable for this variety, that’s why Sauvignon is cultivated in the vineyards at 850 mt asl in the municipality of Aldino. The bunch is medium-small, compact, with a thick and though green-yellow skin that is often spotted.
The pulp is sweet and presents aromas of elderflowers on the nose and on the palate it reminds gooseberry, peach and sage.
Freshness, minerality and intense aromas are remarkable features that after some years bottle aging tend to combine a complex bouquet that is comparable to flint.
