The company was founded in 1995 and is probably one of the most Nordic companies in our Italy, certainly one of the most serious and constant in the Italian wine scene, thanks to the hand of the owner, as well as company technician, Gunter Kerschbaumer. In a few years the company has established itself as one of the best Italian whites. The context is that of Varna-Novacella, a suburb of the city of Bressanone, between 660 and 1300 meters above sea level, an idyllic landscape made of vineyards and orchards, with moraine, sandy soils rich in slate and granite. The extreme climate, with considerable temperature changes, gives the grapes aromas of great finesse and helps to preserve acidity, products always based on the subtle harmony between the mineral kit and the citrus-aromatic component.
